It is not possible to predict what the weather and road conditions will be on Saturday 16 January.
We intend that the entrance exams will take place as planned and arrangements will be made as necessary to accommodate latecomers.  If conditions are such in your area that you judge that it is not safe to make the journey to Loughborough please do not attempt to do so.  Be reassured that alternative arrangements will be made as soon as possible for your daughter to take the tests.

It is essential that you contact us on 01509 212348 as early as possible on Saturday (but after 8.00 am) to let us know that your daughter will not be coming.  Please also contact us with an estimated time of arrival if you are delayed. 
In the unlikely event that the whole day is postponed a message will be put on the home page of the website.
Finally, please note that your daughter will need to walk around the school grounds during the day and, therefore, should wear shoes or boots appropriate to the weather and keep with her a coat and gloves.
