Tsolo High School
Through the charity Link Community Development Loughborough High School was linked to Tsolo High School in September 2007. Tsolo High School is situated in the Eastern Cape of South Africa, near the town of Umtata.
During February half term, 2009, Miss Lewis, Miss Partridge and Mrs Webster visited Tsolo High School to set up further curriculum projects and help build communication.

Gapoththawala School Loughborough High School is linked to a school in Sri Lanka through the charity Rebuilding Sri Lanka. It’s a rural school situated in the village of Galpoththawala, which educates around 80 pupils, aged 5 to 11. The majority of the children at the school are from very impoverished backgrounds; with parents who are day labourers and farmers. |
