Eco Garden Construction Story

The girls are delighted with the new Eco Garden which is has recently been constructed behind Charles block by Mr Mark Hargadon, parent of Natasha, 7LW. The winning design was created by  Emma De Salis Young, 7JPP, and provides a quiet space with seating areas and plenty of plants to attract a variety of insects as well as birds and hedgehogs. It has been planted with wild flowers and will enhance our commitment to care for the environment. We are grateful to the LHS Parents' Association and to East Midland Community Fund for their generous donations which have made this project possible.
