Entrance Examination Day

The exams are held on a Saturday in January. The day is carefully planned to put candidates as much at ease as possible. Girls wear casual clothes and are cared for during the day by experienced teaching staff and approachable current Sixth Form students.

The tests themselves take place in classrooms with a break for refreshments in the school hall during the morning. Lunch is provided for the girls in the dining room during a longer break with the opportunity to get some fresh air and stretch their legs.
